I had gone through uloz.to and had not found anything while the emule links do not seem reliable

On uloz.to you can post either publicly or only via a link you have to transmit to the audience somehow (normally some forum) ... this movie was originally posted on the forum blizzardkid.net, so it's obviously not public on uloz.to (or the password would be counterproductive) ...
