It IS a picture from the film; it's just the boy in the picture is NOT Dino Jaksic. (I'm not sure which actor it is.)

However the lady in the picture IS the lovely Valeria Golino.

This is totally a boy film that would fit here if one of our boy-leaning members would take the time to release it. Otherwise, you're on your own for this one.. (And ANY of those movies in the youTube link you provided.. )
