Hey guys, I'm looking for a new TV series to watch. Could you recommend me some good on-topic ones? It's kind of hard to find them here as there isn't a separate subforum for them; they are just mixed in with all the movie releases.

While I'm here asking for TV shows recommendations, I'll also leave a list of some of what I have personally watched and enjoyed in the past (in no particular order):

Game of Thrones (2011–2019)
Starring Maisie Williams
FLM topic

The Detour (2016–2019)
Starring Ashley Gerasimovich

Girl Meets World (2014–2017)
Starring Rowan Blanchard, Sabrina Carpenter
FLM topic

His Dark Materials (2019–)
Starring Dafne Keen
FLM topic

Copper (2012–2013)
Starring Kiara Glasco
FLM topic

Skins (2007–2013)
Starring Kaya Scodelario, Freya Mavor
FLM topic

The Baby-Sitters Club (2020–)
Starring Sophie Grace, Shay Rudolph, Malia Baker, Momona Tamada

Everything Sucks! (2018)
Starring Peyton Kennedy

Hannah Montana (2006–2011)
Starring Miley Cyrus, Emily Osment
FLM topic

Nice. The obvious is Správná sestka which has always been my favourite, it really represents the freedom of the Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia). It's kind of like a summer dream with kids running around without a care, some crazy dude with an apple (and goat lol) and the old guys just chilling and getting wasted.

Growing up wise I'm from a different generation, but from the US/UK side of things. My childhood crushes were Larisa Oleynik from Alex Mack...

Katie Boland from the Zack Files...

And Vaneza Leza Pitynski from Brothers Garcia...

Oh, and a distant memory coming back ... Katie Stuart from The Crow TV series.

Thinking more, Lucie, postrach ulice (1984)... was something I watched as I was getting into the genre with these plasticine type characters with the girl (nothing exciting though). Also you could check out Fleur de Lampaul, but this is more a documentary exploration type thing, but some nice shots! A good TV episode was Sasha Beauty Queen At 11, which again is more docu-real life.

It's still rare to find girls in adult type TV-series.... unfortunately.

I would recommend these tv shows

iCarly (2007-2012)

Mortified (2006)

Zoey 101 (2004 - 2007)

Lizzie Mcguire (2001 - 2002)

Hawaii 5-0 (2010 - 2020)
This is an action/police series, the role of Teilor Grubbs as the daughter of one of the protagonists is very recurrent until season 6 where she was already seen as an adult and for the last season she is conspicuous by her absence.

If you like silly American teen comedies like Hannah Montana, then maybe try

Clarissa Explains It All starring Melissa Joan Hart.

Unfortunately it is not here at FLM and I don't have any idea what kind of online availability it has.

Flame Trees of Thika which I recommended in 2021 seems to be available with closed captions here https://www.amazon.com/The-Flame-Trees- ... B06ZY8P851 but I don't know how to get rid of that trial afterwards and if it is possible to download captions only

I don't know if it can be called tvseries... maybe documentary tv series https://www.imdb.com/title/tt16381894/
Accidentally saw from TLC - the main hero of it stopped growth because of cancer treatment.
It is OK now with her health now but she looked like 8 year old in the age of 22... and it still cause some troble.
