I only found the Russian subtitle file. I hope any friend can help translate it into English subtitles. Thank you very much!

I use this site to translate subtitles. Works fairly well. https://www.subtitlecat.com/upload.php
Click on: Upload Sub & translate your own subtitles here. Select original subtitle file.
Then select: Target Language from the drop down.
Click Translate. Site limits how many subtitles you can translate per day, but it works fairly well.

If somebody wish to make English subs for them
then most reasonable way is open the movie and subs in your favorite subtitling software
Hear what they say and then write that down (timings already exists from Russian subs)

Well, of course that's always an option. I am just providing an alternative method that's a lot faster and efficient than a method used by medieval monks. Also, not all media that needs translating are shorts, and obviously this site works on feature length films too. It should also be noted, that no one person is proficient in over the 110 languages the site provides. Sure, it may not be as accurate as someone who's bilingual in the languages doing the translating. But it's a great alternative for those that aren't. Honestly, even if I was, I'd still use the site to auto translate, and only make changes as required.

Yeah I feel like for Short films in particular FLM/eMule is such a great source because many of these short films are obscure and often get deleted, removed quickly again or only appear once at some streaming, festival, Vimeo page.
