Please add to the list below.

So, the best sites I've managed to detect are, of aside of course the Big Three https://www.rarefilmfinder.com/, https://sensitivecontent.info and IMDb, are:

European movies: https://cineuropa.org/
Czech movies: https://www.filmcenter.cz/ and https://www.csfd.cz/ (these are just 2 of them, there must be much more sites but I can't find them anymore)
French movies: http://www.cineressources.net/recherche_t.php
German movies: https://www.filmportal.de and https://www.filmdienst.de/
Spain: https://www.filmaffinity.com/us/main.html (there's a Spanish version, but I'm lazy)
Serious US drama: https://aficatalog.afi.com/
Polish movies: https://www.filmweb.pl (I really need a better one than this one!!)
Danish movies: https://danskefilm.dk/index.php
Swedish movies: https://www.svenskfilmdatabas.se/en/

Then there are specialty sites like
http://www.filmreference.com/
https://rpgallery.net
https://cinemaworldz.blogspot.com/
https://boyhoodmovies.org/ but these aren't very informational...

If you know more, please post them... Thanks.

Great post!

Don't forget https://www.kinopoisk.ru/ for Russian movies

And https://www.themoviedb.org/ seems to be forgotten a lot. It does contain some films/series not on IMDB and I find the search easier to use.

I wish rarefilmfinder would have country and language lists. I forgot about that site but it's great.

Short movie overview, lot of downloadable Stuff around the movie like Screencaps, Presskit, Poster, DCP Trailer...

https://www.kino-zeit.de
Lot of Infos around movies including older ones. Some interesting categories like Streamingtips. Also an option to look, in which cinema the movie is running or setting a reminder if / when the movie will be available in your town. There is also a weekly Newsletter available.

kinopoisk is in Russian, so even with transgoog, it's kinda hard.

If you DO understand Russian, I got a question for you: I'm trying to find a definite release date for Prodayotsya detektor lzhi (2005) (click here)which according to Imdb, premiered on the Smolensk Film Festival. But I have trouble reading this site, the only one I could find with info about that festival (click here), which mentions a lot of films, but NOT said film !?!?!?

Sws, there's very little information about that festival on these interwebs, via google. Also, Kinopoisk doesn't really mention a premier date for that film. Let alone filming days...
