Looking at the poster of this Czech movie, the girl seems to be OT, but... I've been known to be wrong.......
The actress might be older, but the character she plays,. probably isn't.

Marketa Lazarová (1967)
The title-character actress was 19 at time of film release. This is one of those highly-acclaimed international arthouse films I have seen but do not really remember.

Merci La Vie, first arthouse film I ever saw, first week of going to uni, in the student cinema called ... Arthouse. I liked Gainsbourg then (a bit, she's not the prettiest....), but I hadn't seen any of her other films yet.

I looked into the production details, and
Marketa Lazarová (1967) actually filmed over 548 days from 1964 to 1966. This means the actress playing our title character
Magda Vásáryová (born Aug 26th, 1948) would've been 15-16 when they started and 17-18 when they finished. She was OT for at least part of the shoot. I'll see if I can find more detailed production information.

That is an insanely long film shoot! It must have been interrupted and then resumed as they had more time and money available.
