Yes! What a good response from everyone. Great idea Night! Thanks for the yggtorrent suggestion as well! At tis rate, I'll have more than doubled my torrent resource collection by tomorrow.
This has got me thinking, what if we had a short compilation of resources posted? It seems many have some unique places they know to try. Here's some more options that have been used and assessed by me at some point.
There's
https://www.oxtorrent.co . It is a fairly easy torrent source that focuses on French media, though it doesn't seem to have much in the way of older material.
Also,
http://kinozal.tv is a fairly well organized Russian site with a similar setup as blizzardkid. A lot of material there that's yet to be discovered (i think).
Some non-torrent sites:
I know ghost has sourced some Israeli movies from the Israeli Film Archive:
https://jfc.org.il/en/
But it's rather a chore trying to search for material there.
The site
https://www.ardmediathek.de/suche is a GREAT place I could spend hours (or days) at. It is a German streaming site that has a HUGE array of programs, both long and short. Many have German subs and have HD options (be sure to switch it to HD in the settings, it won't be set as default). Some of the programs are cute and informative, others appear to be tv movies.
Some examples I found just now:
A little show called "Mein bruder und ich" with Merla und Leo, a very cute little program that follows a young brother-sister team to various interesting locations, with always unique guides. Here's one where Merla und Leo explore a cave. (be sure to turn on HD in settings).

Here's one where Merla und Leo go snorkeling with a cool surfer dude:

Both have moments of flm interest.
And some tv movies like "Brüderchen und Schwesterchen":

And there were more, just too much to try and wrap my head around. Hope these may also interest someone.
