I have eMule, but it won't let me download files.

Hmmm, you may have it set up wrong, or you may have an ISP that prevents it entirely. At least you tried, which is what I was getting at. Even with LowID set up properly you will still connect to HighID sharers, like ghost.

No no, I only installed eMule and that's it, I didn't set anything, I thought that once installed I could easily download the eMule files posted by Ghost, but instead it doesn't let me download them. Unfortunately I am not a computer expert, but in any case I have to try in any case to try to see the short films posted by Ghost which for me are more interesting than my posts that I have posted up to now.

The biggest thing I remember needing to do is setting up servers. Without those you're kinda dead in the water. Here is the guide
