Not a "little girl" in my mind, but there is an autistic 12-year-old girl in
[RREL] Les Diables (2002)

Not the greatest. Kinda silly, low budget fun. :)
[REL] The Daisy Chain (2008)

And I really loved Les Diables.

This is the only one I've seen like that and it is pretty good. Recommend for sure.

I avoid them too. 9xbuddy will get around YouTube logins, and it downloads files in the browser. No installation of 9xbuddy software or extensions is required.

In this case, 720p is the highest resolution download with the audio included. There is a 1080p (NO AUDIO) option, where the audio would have to be muxed in from a separate download. In this case there is an audio file available to download. Remuxing (when necessary) DOES requre some software intstallation and can be done with something like MKVToolnix / MKVmerge. 9xbuddy also has a separate button to click to get the subtitles, if there any. This video has English, French, or Portuguese. {EDIT: see note at bottom of post.}

Another option is to use (command-line) yt-dlp, which so far for me has been downloading login-required YouTube videos without having to do a login. When installed properly with ffmpeg, it will also mux together video and audio automatically. It also will download subtitles, when specified in the command.

EDIT: Dammit! I used both 9xbuddy and yt-dlp while I was composing this post, confirming they still worked. I am sorry but 9xbuddy FAILED on the subtitles, creating files where each subtitle line was only .001 seconds long! Bizarre. Here are the subtitles extracted using yt-dlp, with proper timings:
