Thank you! Ghost gave the short and sweet version, but that still would not have been enough for my mental block. I spent many Skinny Puppy songs typing this up before ghost started his post. If you need more instruction, here be. If not, please skip.

I have not found eMule Security Server but I have at least found my mind. Maybe that Server's addition was only temporary, or limited to Australia or whatever country ghost is in.

How does it work? What method can I try?
I will give 3 similar methods with ghost's method last.
(1) Manual update from website.
- Have eMule open and running.
- Go to this website and then click "Add servers to emule". https://www.emule-security.org/serverlist/
- eMule should flash. Go to it and it should say "_ servers added" in the bottom left with a varying number.
(2) Manual update from eMule.
- Open eMule and go to the Servers tab.
- In the "Update server.met from URL" box on the right paste one of these two addresses:
[Code]
or
[Code]
- (The first is the one I have been using, the second is what ghost gave. They seem to give the same results.)
- Click the "Update" button and a list of Servers should load.
- The pasted address should still be there after closing and reopening eMule so you can use it again.

(3) Automatic update upon starting eMule.
- Open eMule and go to the Options tab. It will generate a popup menu.
- Select Options/Server.
- Put a check mark next to "Auto-update server list at startup"
- Click the "List..." button. It should open addresses.dat in your text editor, probably Notepad.
- Add one of the two URLs I listed in Method 2 into addresses.dat
- Save the file and then exit it
- Click "Apply" and then "OK" in the eMule/Options/Server popup. It will disappear.
- Disconnect and then exit eMule completely. Then restart it. The Server list should load automatically.

(Note, my "Remove dead servers" in the screenshot has too many retries. I have had it at 1 and ghost has it at 1.)

This does not give a huge list but at least the Servers are "approved". I'll be darned if I can find Emule-Security but my servers seem to be enough. Hopefully this will help you expand your list.

Now, where I found my mind.
I am ashamed to admit that I used the results of an
ONLINE AI SEARCH. I am even more ashamed to admit that it worked. I could not find my eMule config folder where I supposedly had eMule installed, so I could not FIND my addresses.dat file and all the other important eMule configuration files. Deleting this folder would be disastrous for eMule, and editing the files could be dangerous to it. Eventually I figured out how to produce the addresses.dat file using eMule itself, as in Method 3 above. But as for finding the location of the file --

Of course I would choose a User Specific Installation because I do not like things easy. In File Explorer I navigated through AppData to my eMule Config folder. There was addresses.dat and all the other important files. I made a Copy of addresses.dat in that same folder before editing it in case I made a mistake.
