Could be a stunt like when thepiratebay.org pretended to be down for a few days before unveiling their new release
I hope your right!! otherwise this is very sad!

Iv heard rumours that frontcode might use some servers from the island where suvivor was filmed

Oh yes, fond memories.

My memories of MX go back to the mid to late 90's when I was excited about downloading an mp3 over night on my always disconnecting 56k modem lol.

Im on nap right now, MHM has a room along with MGMU both on the same server, about 30 members online there right now, plus its secure so no uninvited trouble!!

I dont think this will meen the end for p2p's, it just meens we all get to try out new clients as and when they open and then get shutdown again.

Expect an increased number of users in eMule :)

hmmm im learning how to use ares.

It look pretty good, and loads of WinMX'ers are going there, as you will see from the channel room names.

Im gonna think about hosting as you dont need to worry about primary connections

Iv been an mx user for about 8 years.

It was actually back 2 years ago, and in fact it was only gone for 2 days lol

Technically it was never gone at all, users just needed a new patch.

I agree, MX is amazing for mainstream movies and music, but it has nothing on eMule when it comes to rare movies.
