If I remember correctly, I think I read that Disney was developing The Lion King 3, based on the story of Simba’s daughter Chiara, the same story as the original version of The Lion King 2.

The last disaster was with Snow White with Lilo and Stich thought she was going that way.

It is likely that the sequel will return to ideas abandoned in the first film, such as the villain Gantu and other themes. The fans of the animated film had complained. I hope the filming will be done this year and released the following year.
