I need help. I tried to do everything to make my emule into High ID. I even ask my Internet Provider what is my Static IP. They told me that I have a Dynamic IP. What does it mean?

A dynamic IP means that every time you connect to your ISP, it gives you any IP from it's pool of IPs. Usually you'll get a different IP each time.
This has nothing to do with LowID.
A good place to start is to read this:
http://emuleplus.info/forum/index.php?s ... st&p=70838
It is for eMule Plus, but you can use it for your own client also.

Most of times you have a LowId because you are behind a firewall, you are in a shared conection (you are conected through another computer or Internet server), or under a proxy server, or under a router or NAT. any kind of monitored conexion doesn't let you have a direct Internet conexion (because you have an intermediary). Any kind of IP dynamic or static is a direct conection. you must check you have something between your PC and main internet conection.

If you have Windows XP (with sp2), there is an integrated firewall that will block your emule client. You should not disable it, but instead try opening only the 2 ports your emule is using (in preferences/connection you should see them).
If you need help on doing it, PM me.
