Found this thread by accident, but I am intrigued, is there an answer?
I tried Google Image search, but all it came up with was a category "people in nature". Which, to my pleasant surprise, even had some black people in it!
This probably means that film (and photo) coloring settings are less racist than they used to be: In olden days, 1990s and before, the settings in color film were so dark, in order to make whites not so pale, but this rendered most black actors as dark blurs...
