Unknown movie

guys!
I am looking for a film that I have seen long time ago. Ofcourse i wouldn't know the title, but it register a little bit of some scene. Here it goes;
It is about a group of kids (boys & girls), two girls (if not mistaken the other girl is sort of rich and the other one is poor) were kind of have a thing with this boy. One time I think it was birthday of this rich girl and they are all invited. But when they got there, it seems the the poor girl got jealous and she left or been thrown out by the rich girl. The boy and the rich girl was left behind and I think there some thing happen there (have no idea if it is graphically or not).
But I think most of the scene in this movie were from an abandoned place were they gather. Abandoned place I can describe is sort of house or building that was demolished???
