Eralash - a general name for a series of short russian films about the lives of school age kids.
These serieses span more than 20 years.

Notes: Im only posting links to Ералаш (Eralash) serieses that I feel contain some OT moments and cute girls.
Some of the serieses are uninteresting ;) , so I havent posted the ed2k links to those in order to save you wasting your time!

Please feel free to post more Eralash's (new or old) in this topic.. Just hit eMule with the name Ералаш :)

I've watched 3 movies today I must say after all that deeper meaning of life, emotional struggle and coming-of-age drama, these are really great! Love the concept: just short sketches with kids. They should make them here too..

Could you please go take Russian classes and find us more of these? :dance

Tip that sometimes pays off - choose one of these when it is downloading, and then view the files of those who are sources - sometimes (especially if it is a series), it is worth downloading one or two of the unknown Russian etc ones just to see if it is any good.

Hope this is useful

Here is a funny short clip I ripped from one of the eralash DVD's some time ago. It is in my shared folder anyway, so I thought I'd post it here.

I'm too lazy to make subtitles, but I did try to translate the dialogue.

[Alarm Clock]

Girl: "Maksim, get up! You'll be late for school!"
Boy: "Why didn't you wake me earlier?"
Girl: "You forgot"
Boy: "Where's my shirt?"
Girl: "Here!"
Boy: "Where's grandma?"
Girl: "She went shopping"
....
Boy: "Give me my breakfast!"
Girl: "It is in the kitchen"
Boy: "Bring my books!"
Girl: "Here they are"
Boy: "Why so many? OK, I'll go now. Don't open the door to anyone! Remember the fairytale about grey wolf and 7 yeanlings! Grey wolf will come and eat you, so don't open the door to anyone, OK?"
Girl: "Also not to grandma?"
Boy: "She has keys."

[ Doorbell ]

Girl: "Who's there?"
Boy: "It's me, Maksim. Open the door!"
Girl: "Maksim went to school!"
Boy: "I'm still here, open quickly!"
Girl: "You are grey wolf!"
Boy: "What kind of grey wolf!? Open quickly, I'll be late for school!"
Girl (to doll): "Don't be afraid, we will not let him in."
Boy: "Open the door! Oooh..."
Girl: "Aha! I knew it from the start! You are grey wolf! Go away!"
Boy 2: "Maksim, why are you making noise here?"
Boy: "I'm late for school!"
Boy 2: "What school? Today is Sunday!"
