just wondered since there is not much activity here, these days. Thanks to Popdrome for the nice releases on LostMoviesArchive... Soon i'm finished with my studies as well, so i'll have more time for putting out some releases. Been a hectic last half year so FLM haven't been on the top of the priority-list sadly.

Some series that might get a release is

Barnen på Luna
Julie (Danish)
Familien (norwegian)
and more..

Will buy a new HD soon so i get more space for sharing stuff..

I wouldn't say FLM is dying, just going through a low activity period, all websites are like this it's probably more noticeable here though. Time is an issue for me too, I can't speak for everyone here but for me personally I've ultimately come to the conclusion that it's not worth the time or effort ripping DVD's anymore so I won't rip and/or release anything unless there is a specific request thread for it already made.

Same here, i don't have the time for making new rips. This is eventually series that i have capped and encoded earlier that might fit FLM. On a sidenote, there hasn't been many good movies with a childhood thematic lately..

It's been a few nordic ones but i don't think they have trickled down onto ed2k..

Think there are two issues here - time and the fact that every time I find something worth releasing, it has already been done !!

Sad to hear you are not doing the rips anymore, we need those, but also understand. Maybe best way would be to have a place to put what you have, and then see if anyone requests ? I know that some people will just say all, but you can judge for yourselves what is/is not worth releasing. Just a suggestion.

hi again billanben.. i have not stopped encoding for forever, but time is running.. Big portion of my paper has to be finished tomorrow, and the rest by 1 of may.

At some point i will sit down and make a list of things i have capped and encoded. Maybe i get better time for releases in the end of may, i don't know yet.

If I have a movie that is so rare that it hasn’t been ripped yet, why wouldn’t I want make the effort of ripping it?. Did I say Effort?, what effort?.. climbing mount Everest, now that takes effort.

Iv done it the past with rare OT films, and im still ripping stuff now for a horror channel on WinMX.

Obviously ripping already existing titles is stupid unless perhaps it is expected to be better quality than what already exists, and for me I can never be bored of ripping new stuff, its a great hobby!.. and it feels good to see others enjoying what I made.

check out the Childhood Website Links section and visit some of the websites there, they update regularly with interesting sounding movies, then just search for them on emule...... check especially ECFA, CVMC, puer.to, RFF and CIC (dont forget to compare with IMDB for variance in title names)... loads not here yet, just takes some time searching for them ;)

or could even search for those listed in the REQ sections :) :bigups
