XXY is already here in what looks like pre-release telesync form, hopefully it will be on DVD sometime soon.

Off-topic: your festival reference reminded me of something. I few weeks ago I checked out the list of films in the local festival's short program, hoping for something interesting. There was one that looked very good, so I made plans to go that day despite the length of the trip and the rush-hour traffic etc. The night before, something made me check here, and I found that the film I was planning to see at the festival was one I'd already seen posted at FLM, and had in fact downloaded but not yet watched! So FLM isn't entirely a time-sink, it saved me a few hours in this case

I'm bumping up this thread, coz I'm late for work and I don't wanna forget to check the status on some of these movies and maybe move some of the titles to [REL] if neccesary.

(For instance the one that was found in the post by mongodisco right above THIS one. ^ )

Any help in searching would be GREATLY appreciated!

Well, in cases like that I usually bookmark the thread, but I am strange that way I guess

The two that I recognize of the top of my brain:

XXY, which has since been released here.

Also, Flight of the Red Balloon, which is now out on DVD. Saw the DVD release notice and didn't really think of it immediately as FLM material. I will eventually get it, because depending on who you listen to it's either a remake of or an homage to the 1956 movie Le Ballon Rouge, which I liked a lot.
