Problems on CVMC

Hey, this is my little "BIG" problem...i've bought a DVD called "MIMI"...cause i've read the synopsis and i thought was very interesting...

Now i've know that this title is another of "La bouche de Jean Pierre" released here...

There's a possibility to blocked or change the DVD with another before they send me the items???

What can i do in this case and for the future???

they sell DVD's now? interesting they used to only rent them anyway I'm sure if you return it saying your DVD player wont play it or something similar sounding really apologetic you should be able to get your money returned

Wait wait wait...let me know one second....so i've only "Rent" the movies??? i've not bought them???

Damn...what a situation...now i understand...

Rent only 8$ and purchase 39,90$....ops....i was thought rent=bought, this cause i not used a translator......now hoping they deleting my Rent reservation...cause i cannot resend the items...

Anyone can help me for what do i do to explain on CVMC this situation???
