Occasionally my internet connection is lost.
Once and a while I have a power cut.
Any number of unfortunate events could leave me without a connection, therefore leaving members unable to download from me, which would be particularly annoying if I am the only source for a file.
If you think a status thread for yourself would be useful for FLM, then please go ahead and post one; using the same format as I did for the title.
These status threads might even prove useful for posting other relevant information in.
Say perhaps if you are going on holiday or if your computer has died.
The possibilities are endless
I guess I am just bored with seeing comments like “I see no sources” or “this is taking me ages to download” in members releases.
Next time anyone feels like a moan, they can check a member’s status first
That is of course if the member with a loss of service is able to find a way of communicating on FLM…. I use this computer at work.
