Normal service until 24/12/07
Limited service/sharing daytimes/evenings (GMT) 24/12/07 to 30/12/07
Nothing at all.......no sharing/releasing/posting 30/12/07 to 08/01/08. In fact I cease to exist for this period.

I'm off on holiday in a couple of hours. My PC doesn't cope well with high temperatures so
will need to be turned off. Anyone trying to grab that which I'm the only full source for will
need patience. I'll reshare when I return in about 10 days.

No releases for a bit & sharing will be suspended while I set up & configure new PC.
This is a clean install with a fresh version of eMule (I've virtually no part completed downloads) so I'm expecting plenty of work!
I'm also taking the opportunity to change the way I connect to the internet so it will be interesting to see & have feedback from members as to whether speed has increased.
I'll be picking the expert's brains for the final eMule tweaks once it's all up & running.

It's taken until now to configure eMule properly on new PC. Friends with an upload slot from me should notice a considerable improvement!
I'm actually pulling a sickie from work tomorrow so hopefully I'll release a couple now people can actually grab them!

My current situation.
eMule is working well which is more than can be said for my internet connection. My ISP (like I suspect all UK service providers are) is crap. We're being shafted......paying for a service we're not actually getting. I'm on a totally uncapped up to 8mb connection........what this means is they automatically monitor usage & throttle back heavy users. Cute isn't it! They stay just within the law by only promising an 'up to' connection speed. From a releasing point of view it's upload speed that suffers, according to the time of day. eMule upload speed sensing is not very satisfactory......I prefer to manually alter the upload limit according to the time of day. Overnight & weekday daytime is pretty good........35-40 kb/s eMule upload is normal & achievable. Weekday evenings & weekend daytime/evening are the worst times for me. I have to cap upload to 10-15 kb/s for satisfactory results to avoid friends dropping off the ledge!. Bear in mind these times are either GMT or GMT + 1hour (according to the time of year) & my upload has to be shared amongst sometimes several friend slots.

Lets not name names, but im pretty sure we are being shafted by the same ISP!
