Hey! This is the general section - anything goes. 
That's Miley Cyrus (from the Hannah Montana TV show). If you haven't watched that series you won't appreciate our interest in her. 
That said, IMHO kids should not be allowed unsupervised internet access. Kids (and teenagers) do stupid things, all of them - even yours. However, with the internet everyone gets to see it. Most of the crazy stuff done by regular kids goes unnoticed, but since Miley is a star/celebrity, it makes the news. Ditto with the nude webcam pics of Vanessa Hudgens (the girl from the High School Musical movies). Believe me, there is a lot worse going around on the internet.

OK, I couldn't find Miley and Mandy on Imdb, but we're seeing large followings at these Youtube, Veoh sites. Perhaps we need to think about a cult tube section to stay on top of things.
