Ehm i've tried but the screen is all white...only the sound is available...then i've deleted the MOV file

..or you can get Quicktime Alternative and have no need to convert at all.

Actually, Quicktime Alternative and Real Alternative are must-haves. They allow mov and rm files (respectively) to be played with MPC (Media Player Classic).
Getting rid of Real Player at least is highly recommended - I have yet to see a more aggressive piece of spyware - damn thing communicates with its parent website
every time you play something with it,
every time you start your computer,
every few minutes....

If all you want to do is to watch the damn clip, why go to all the trouble of converting it? IMHO the only reason for doing so is if you want to compile a VCD or DVD for a stand-alone player and your authoring software doesn't accept mov.
