Rar files

I have encountered some rar files that when you open them they appear to be empty but its not, its like it is invisible
can anyone tell me how i can view this file.

I guess they are password protected.

When the download is not complete, you can't see inside the rar too.

Thanks for the replys I believe it is because of incomplete downloads I usualy view
the first file before continuing so as not to waste my time with junk
