Anybody know name of this film?

hi,
a long time ago i watched a movie on Tv. I don't remember the name, i barely remember the plot. There is an (probably) Italian Man who runs an ice cream parlour in a small town in a foreign Country (maybe France but i dont remeber). This man has an affection for young and pretty girls and employs them in his ice cream parlour and so he does with a girl from town (around 12yo). He then invites that girl to his flat to show her how to make ice cream and he lets her sit in his bathtub which is filled with milk for the ice cream production. Later he lets her sit on a Chair that is filled with eggs, it all sounds kind of weird, i know.
Later the father of that girl sees the ice cream man on the street and i think he kills him or at least hits him badly for revenge.
Thats pretty much what i remember, but i have absolutly no idea what movie it was. French or Italian Movie??, European thats for sure. I searched keywords on imdb but i couldn't find something like that.
If anybody knows it, please tell me!
