D/d it from the site I was shown, then tried to install. Something get wrong just in the beginning of installation, I have then skipped this particular file, another ones d/d. Then tried to launch the new eMule version, vainly, didn´t work. What might be wrong? I´m running XP. Thx in advance for advices.

I wonder why? Most of the modifications like surface supporting the new task bar functions of Windows 7 are totally uninteresting for you... be aware that an eMule "a" version is always a bit experimental, even if this is supposed to be a "beta 3"...
