The reason I may not rush to watch this is, it seems like subtitles would be important for such a movie. The Italian DVD doesn't seem to have them, hopfully they will show up in time.

Well, it does have subtitles, but they're hardcoded (Italian?). There were quite a few different rips of this on Kad but no subtitle files. I didn't need them at all to understand exactly what was going on, and the little girl Martina, though she has about 50% screen time, doesn't speak until the very end when she's singing to her new baby brother.

Political comments such as yours are not welcome on FLM - this is a forum about first-love movies. If you want to spout politics, there are many other places on the web where you can vomit opinions all you want without forcing the FLM group to wade through it.
