Help with downloading

I downloaded and installed uMule but when I go to download a movie the status stays on "waiting" forever.
status? "waiting"?
install emule, connect to a server, and start downloading. you need to be connected to a server first.
after that, you need to keep it running in the background - eMule requires a lot of patience! Unlike torrents, it's not an instant download thing!
