Kids' rock club "Kinder-Rock " was opened in Orenburg in 2007. The idea of the club came after the rise in popularity of children's rock band "Klimbatika", new childrens' groups came to the studio "Oleander". The idea of the club is the following:

- to gather children and adolescents under the age of 16 who are addicted to rock music;

- to unite them in a team;

- to develop in children a concept such as "Rock Culture".

Later, similar clubs opened and opened in other Russian cities .

The purpose of the club "Kinder-Rock" is to develop in children the idea of rock culture, not mindless chants - vopilok under terrible howling electric guitar.

Club staff is divided into three parts:

- Administration are adults, teachers who are watching the development of the club and its activities;

- Members of the club is the children under the age of 16 years ;

- Club assistants are adults who help in every possible way the development of such activities. Very often these are former members of the club, who have grown up.
