I haven't watched it yet, but to answer your question, you can buy condoms at any age in the US. That isn't saying that some folks here might have some backwards ideas about the matter, surely. I suppose a store could have an age requirement to sell one. But I cannot imagine any pharmacist I've ever seen having any issue with this.

Might be a bit concerned about a 10-year old girl buying condoms. Even though it's legal for her to buy them he might be concerned about her safety. A pharmacist may also be a mandated reporter if he suspects abuse.

I think actual balloons are less expensive and also available at drugstores, in the section with gift cards and party supplies.
Just checked... Amazon has 12 inch balloons at 100 / $5.59 on sale now! I would not trust a condom that only cost 6ยข.

I would never ask a little girl to buy that. At first, I was embarrassed to buy it.
I remember my crush buying one and it broke my heart.
