Couldn't find any info on this short film but it looks like either a clip from a longer film, or maybe a student project since there are no opening or closing credits, and George Maleckas' IMDb bio basically starts in 1984 with Strikebound. This is like vignettes of two roommates, one who is a scammer whose theft of taxi rides earns him a beating, and the other's a potential child molester.
