Chernobyl Heart is a 2003 documentary film by Maryann DeLeo. The film won the Best Documentary Short Subject award at the 2004 Academy Awards.

In the film, DeLeo travels through Ukraine and Belarus with Adi Roche, the Irish founder of the Chernobyl Children's Project International, observing the effects of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster on the health of children in the area. Many children suffered from a previously unknown cardiac degradation condition known in the area as "Chernobyl heart", in addition to other severe radiation poisoning effects

As far as i'm aware,DK,caps are there as an indication of what they might expect to see in the video,screen dimensions in particular,a lot of people don't like risking their limited bandwidth,but seeing a pic or two can sway them.
it's certainly entirely up to the poster.

Thanks Starfish, I am not doing good and a positive communication helped. Guys the pictures are mighty grotesque. Which is why I did not show them. Lobster fingers and all. Let me see if I can do a screen-shot that helps with the size.

It looks like you're using an automatic random screencap function,if you want to be more selective with your pics, look in the settings of your media player for the hotkey to take a snapshot,there should also be keys for 'frame advance' 'short jump back/forward' and similar functions,these are normally programmable,they are in media player classic and vlc,i jump through the video till i find a bit i like then fine tune using the hotkeys and take a snapshot just at the right moment,sometimes if the video stops at a fuzzy shot you need to move on a frame or two till it clears.
