The boy that rff pictures is completely incidental and isn't even on screen a full minute. I notice that they did the same thing with 'Dolly Dearest', leaving out ' Candace Huston who plays the lead child role in that film.. )

Synopsis:

A divorced mother of one is thrown into turmoil when her young daughter becomes obsessed with an evil doll left behind by the previous occupants of their new home.

A nice companion to the recently released 'Dolls' [ https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... 25&t=10298 ] and one we've had here for awhile; 'Pinocchio's Revenge' [ https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... f=25&t=993 ]. (One we don't even have here, 'Dolly Dearest' [ http://rarefilmfinder.com/showfilm.php?id=32443 ] could also be of interest. )

Smaltzy, but fun to watch: Sweet, lonely little girl that turns into a maniacal little deamon...

I got the DVD a week or so ago, and was a little surprised NOT to see it here.. Other members are usually pretty quick to pick up the 'recently released' FLM'ish movies. I checked online before I ripped it and found a digital recording of when it aired on 'syfy channel'. THIS is that link.

Decided I wanted to give Covid a second try at me..

During the 6 days I've been sick I've had time to watch a lotta movies [for me at least] which averages out to around 20, plus a few retro TV series.. (Only 4 movies were of FLM interest.. )

This was one I stumbled on. After watching I came to FLM and found not only was it here BUT I brought it here.

While watching I KNEW I had seen it before, and when I found this thread and saw the myriad responses [ ], I found myself impressed with the intelligence of the FLM community.. Y'all got it right with THIS movie: It deserves the anonymity my 'bumping' is going to temporarily deprive it of..

VERY derivative of every 'little-girl-finds-a-doll-that-ends-up-possessing-her' movie that's ever been made. I mean, SERIOUSLY!; deamonic entities can be sooo stupid sometimes: Making the child you've possessed throw a major tantrum and attack their parents screaming she's going to kill them if they don't give her dolly back, is a sure-fire way to get what you want...

YET:

Sweet, little Kylie Rogers really was cute in this movie. And she displays some pretty good [bratty] acting chops here.

Despite the way I began this post, I DID enjoy re-watching this film. (Sometimes I like turn-off-your-brain, predictable cheese; when the kidz r cute! )

Sorry that getting sick is what it took for you to enjoy some movies, kev. When I got the C I could not do ANYTHING, let alone watch 3 movies a day!

What the previous thread response(s) lacked in quantity they made up in quality and wit. I also note that rarefilmfinder has been updated for this movie.

Sorry that getting sick is what it took for you to enjoy some movies, kev. When I got the C I could not do ANYTHING, let alone watch 3 movies a day!

I'll have to admit, during some of the, um, LESS interesting films I dozed off and on. In my coherent, waking moments if I could figure out what probably happened and understood what was going on ATM, I'd re-engage and watch 'till I dozed again. If I didn't give a shiite what was happening, I just imagined the rest of the movie beneath the cooling, wet cloth compress and my closed eyes. (But, I promise; that only happened to a COUPLE of films... )
