In the threads,for example i just went into the latin america thread,theres a circle with lines inside,on the left hand side of each post,the top one(ultimo verano) is animated,it scrolls,indicating something,i just don't know what,it isn't unread posts.

I am sorry. I still can`t see it. Pls post a screenshot.

And I think the "circles" mean just "topic". No special meaning.

your's looks quite dull.. must be something to do with flash.

3rd one down in Norway has a little red star in it.

starfish is using the "prosilver" board style. It can be set in the User Control Panel in the "Board Preferences" section. The style ghost is using is "Elegance". I'm seeing one animated icon in the "Unlisted" forum for "[REL] Hin helgu vé aka The Sacred Mound (1993) [Iceland]". I have to admit I don't know what it signifies. I usually use the "Elegance" style because it's much easier for my old eyes to notice unread posts. Each "style" has lots of different icons for different things in each forum and thread but it's been a long time since I fooled around with them and I don't remember. Creating or modifying a phpBB style is a pain.

The "L" next to Jeg Er Dina is put there by the Greasemonkey add-on and indicated the film is on the Lost Movies Archive site. I don't recognize the "little squiggle".
