I did what I could before my internet died again. I have to reboot the modem every 15 minutes (which takes 2 minutes), and I needed to get to bed. The last time I complained to the ISP it got 10 times worse. Another company is installing fiber all through my town and we're switching when it goes live in January. Supposed to be 50Mbit (compared to 1Mbit DSL on the best days). Crossing my fingers and toes - I'll cross my eyes too if that will help.

I put my old modem online last night and 90% of the problems went away (other than being slow). Looks like the other one had dns problems. I think my ISP gave me the crap modem on purpose because we complained about how bad the connection is. I was afraid to complain again because I didn't want to take a chance it would get even worse. Hopefully using the old modem will let ghost connect to me too.
