Title: Suki! Suki! Skip!
Single: Suki! Suki! Skip!
Singer: HKT48 (Senbatsu)
Release date: March 2013
HKT48 (short for Hakata48) is a Japanese Idol Group and the 3rd sister group of AKB48. The group has a non-permanent theater at the Nishitetsu Hall, in Tenjin (Fukuoka Prefecture). The 1st generation members were announced on October 23, 2011, debuting on November 26, 2011. The debut single, "Suki! Suki! Skip!", was released in March 2013.
Most of the girls were mid-teens between 15 and 17, a few 18 to 20, and some 13 and 14. The youngest participant was Tashima Meru with short over 13 years. She was also the center for this song - the first time that a Kenkyuusei ("research student" and as such not yet a full member of the group) was chosen for that position. It's somehow nice to watch the girls singing a song that fits their age in style and lyrics.
Lyrics (translated):
But I'd like to guide your attention especially to beautiful Sakura Miyawaki who has meanwhile become an important member of the AKB family of groups - here in her first appearance in a HKT48 video (which was released the day after her 15th birthday). Notice how she looks here cute and very much like a little girl:

Now, in contrast watch her in this video of AKB48's 28th single "Uza", which was released half an year earlier (!) in October 2012 when she was only 14 1/2. Here she surprisingly looks extremely mature and erotic among all the other participants that were many years older than her (though she is also the younger one of the two ballet dancers and here she looks much cuter):

I think you can not better explain the meaning of the american term "jailbait" than by comparing her in these two performances ...
