If I read the page correctly, the options are:
German dub.
German dub with German hearing-impaired subtitles.
German dub with audio-description for the visually impaired.
Italian original audio with French subtitles.
This was before my time at FLM, so I am getting caught up. I happened across this at arte.tv while checking out Nasuada's latest recommendations.
