Can somebody recognize the movie from the following scene? or the language that they are speaking? Please Help... I've been looking for this movie for years...

HRT is the logo of the croatian tv channel
Hrvatska RadioTelevizija, the coast looks much like the Adriatic coast of Dalmatia and the language is obviously slavic, so this is probably a croatian movie of the 70es/80es and I think I have seen it on YouTube not long ago but I cannot remember the name (I think it plays short before the beginning of WW 2) ...

Yes, I'm looking for kind of B&B = "Boys and Boobies"... I'm also looking for movie scenes where:
-it's the first time the girl is topless in-front of a boy/man
-she is kinda embarrassed of being topless in-front the boy/man
-accidentally seen topless by boy/man
-she feels shy when she is topless in-front of boy
