I'll go ahead and make this a formal [REQ] as I'm tired of messing with my post in 'Childhood Website Links'...

Synopsis:
A ten year old girl, Yanxuan, lives in a small village in the hills of Guangxi, China. She is a child of the Kam people, an ethnic minority group whose culture is steeped in tradition and practiced to this day. Growing up in the land of her forefathers, Yanxuan's childhood is shaped by heritage and hardships alike.

Oddly enough the director, Michael Mellemløkken Renjo AKA as Michael Oslashkken, has a professional page on Vimeo where he posts his videos. There's a trailer there for this doc, but the entire film is NOT there.
That's where I first saw the film existed. Hence I didn't bother looking around Vimeo any further..
More fool me..
Thanks again, ghost, for your diligence and bringing this documentary here.
Hopefully someone will post the ed2k link and make this an 'official' release.

Again, as you probably know ghost, I try to be pretty exhaustive with my searches and posts... A BIG factor in this case might have been that I was searching all this at around 3:00 in the AM knowing I had to be up by 7:00am and, not being used to nightowling, I was physically exhausted..
