There's no "Post" button in Verified Off-Topic because it's not meant to be added to by anyone but mods. This is where films that are determined to be off-topic - like this one - are moved when they're posted in the regular forums. Even though the films don't belong here, we don't want to waste the effort someone made in case another member happens to be interested. We don't intentionally post off-topic films - there are hundreds of other sites for that.
