It's available again on the Mediathek of ARD/ZDF in Germany and this is a bit of luck for me, because I lost my Download from the past. The german Title is "Jamils Schwester". Sadly it's not available in Full HD, only in 720p.

With Russian Voice Over, best I could find so far.

I was curious, since kal mentioned a Russian VO for a Russian film. Of course, like any country, they could have a movie with different languages in it. It seems the voice over is for areas where Yakut is spoken, which is frequently throughout the film.

kal, the 1080p file that ghost shared is available and is still being sourced, if you want a different version.

thanks, I just watched it online, good film but not one I could keep, as I am fast running out of HD space again . . .
