I didn't manage to find this movie anywhere else (only on fake sites). So I'm afraid the nitroflare file will be fake as well...

jet444, thank you for finding this! The MEGA file is 1080p with optional English subtitles.
However, Gobi9061 I am not sure why you brought this to FLM. There are two kids (boy about 10, girl about 14?) but from scrolling through the video they do not seem to have much screen time, only a few minutes. It is all about the mother and her business venture. It seems to be a highly regarded and worthwhile film, but there is nothing in the reviews I read that suggested this is a child-centered movie.
Unless someone has more insight than my admittedly quick scan allowed,
I suggest calling this Off-Topic.
