IMDB says the original language is Croatian and your file says the audio it has is Slovak. I am not especially familiar with either language but supposedly they are closely related. Anyway, if this is a dub it is an amazing dub, with carefully chosen voice actors and excellent lip-sync.

A TNT member sent me a different version. Comparing the two, I think the Slovak video is a dub. I'll share the link for others to decide

I think you are right that Devil's "Slovak" version is a dub and that yours is the original "Croatian." I am just going by comparing what my ears hear and the lipsync my eyes see, as I still do not know either language well.
