It doesn't seem like the quality is any better than the one posted above.
Translated from German from OP site link:
10-year-old Kathy Montag is a newcomer to Brandenburg. Previously, she lived with her father Peter - her mother has been dead for several years - in the Harz Mountains, but now they have moved to the big city. For the girl, it's all new and exciting. And because Kathy takes a lively interest in everything she encounters, she always finds herself in unusual situations, such as a brigade party or a historical film. As a result, her classmates think she's a nutcase, and her father isn't happy about his daughter's development either. They all still have to learn that individuality is a virtue.

Wow, thanks ghost

I just love DEFA movies, and the totally unexpected (I didn't check sensitivecontent) OT scene is a cute bonus. I spotted a couple of translation mistakes, mainly "sie" translated as "you" instead of "they" in few places, but nothing critical.

Wow thanks for the kind DEFA treat, ghost! And for the additional subs too! I am looking forward to this film.
