This short film is a drama that talks about the domestic violence I grew up with, surrounded by beatings and psychological abuse, without a mother to protect me. I believe that the stories we live are to be shared, and thus, others can learn from our mistakes and successes. One of the things that helped me turn my childhood around and learn from pain was listening to my heart and believing with all determination that love is, and always will be, stronger than fear. Despite the fact that the story is dark and painful, I decided that visually the short film should be very bright, highlighting the beauty and simplicity of life.
