The Referee is the story of an old ex-alcoholic, who decides to have a say in the neighbors way of bringing up a young girl in neglect and alcoholism.
The old man and the little girl become friends, but their friendship doesn't come without conflict.

I struggle so much to get anything watched, so I try to see if I can actually succeed with the shorts! At least each one can be accomplished in a single sitting. This one particularly interested me.
