Lovely Romanian movie. The main actress Maya Noelle Prediger (unknown age, but she plays a 12 year old) has a screentime of ~90%. The boy in the fairy tale (2nd picture) also has a lots of screentime.

It's a fairy tale and a kid with incurable cancer tale intertwined.
