Yes, that is the specialty of that YouTube channel. In most cases a 16mm print is the only available source for the films they feature -- and they do not get government funding for a full professional telecine or restoration!

It reminds me of what I watched in class in elementary school, as far as quality goes ... but better movies. I dunno, maybe some of you Germans watched these in school?

Yes, the quality is not very good so from this channel, I'm RELeasing only the most "interesting" ones regarding the cast, scenes, relevance, etc...

I love this guy's channel. The 16mm film, in its older film rendition, with the echoey sound quality and soundtracks, actually does remind me of the the movies shown on film projectors throughout the early to middle school years. Don't forget the loud, continuous rattling clicky noise of the reel spinner.

But the channel has enough video that I couldn't really set out to investigate every one (it did cross my mind though), so I thank you heartily for curating a selection and releasing it, jezevex!
