Well! I have to assume the link opens for you. Either my VPN server country is playing politics and blocking all Russian sites, even though they are not political ones; or Russian sites I want to use are blocking VPN use. Either way, it STINKS! I will have to try different VPN server countries or disable my VPN to see the effect. Has anyone else had the same problem accessing VK.com or OK.ru?
Anyway, glad you found a source and thank you for the link!

Thank you! Where did you find it? The file on ok.ru only was about 900 MB.
or Russian sites I want to use are blocking VPN use.
I think the blocking is done on the Russian side.

I downloaded the ok.ru file via JDownloader2... It's strange but probably there is some better-quality file embedded into that site, and the file which you play in the browser is a worse-quality stream made of it...

Probably like the Vimeo "Original" version of films that is often available when they are streaming the smaller sizes, as not everyone has the bandwidth to stream (for example) a 3Gb file for a 15 minute short.

(Thank you ghost for the clue about the blocking. EDIT: it seems to be the VPN that some sites suddenly do not like, rather than the server/IP country.)

I made a little search around the little girl (Lilly RoseI) and I'm surprised, that her face was used in the Game "Detroit: Become Human" on Playstation.
Now I know, that this character based on a real little Angel
