Happy Halloween! --

Gotta make this one quick. This is the last of what I got from my scouring of Halloween/Fall related shows. This movie from 2016 is quite the indie affair. I say, I enjoyed it quite a bit, but mind you, it has some very inexperienced acting and the pacing of the film is quite a bit off in some major areas, losing a bit of its immersion factor. The sound mixing is also a bit off at times. So otherwise, a surely low budget production. I thought the dialogue was good, even hilarious. Just wanted you to know what you're getting into.

A nice point, the filmmakers went to lengths to show you that it was filmed during the autumn season and there are many long, wide shots of fall colors. Not so nice point, sometimes they shove in just a few too many at times. Otherwise, it creates an overall atmospheric effect, and the movie is actually pretty scary at some points. There were some points where I was just tensing up for some scares!

Main character is a BOY, but the the secondary main character is a GIRL, the super sweet Brynna Bartoo (imdb profile empty), and you get to see plenty of her throughout. And another plus, the young actors are quite close to the age of their characters. This should satisfy both boy and girl movie enthusiasts.

Retimed for the 720p release above. Srt attached and added to original post.

OS subs appear to reference a 1080p web-dl, but I cannot find it anywhere. However, there apparently was a 1080p version on the distributor's youtube channel this whole time:

Even at only 900mb from jd2, the quality does seem to be slightly sharper. I might switch the links to add this one, but for now I still have people downloading the 720p file from me.
